GVI Inc. is seeking a Program Manager – BI & C5ISR Programs in Charleston, VA, to lead mission-critical BI, data analytics, and program management for NIWC Atlantic. The role focuses on decision support, budgeting, and performance management across DoD initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of BI implementation and analysis experience.
• 8+ years of program management in DoD C4ISR.
• 5+ years leading large cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex DoD BI and analytics programs for NIWC Atlantic.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering business, financial, and program support.
• Ensure FAR compliance, budgeting, and metrics reporting.
