Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems seeks a highly experienced Systems Engineer SME to support the SAF/OC MPCO with enterprise capability implementation, deployment coordination, and infrastructure upgrades for the BICES program. You will provide expert advisory services across classified environments and drive security+, RMF, and DIACAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of DoW component support experience.
• At least two years of experience with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, NATO, or similar.
• Experience designing, testing, implementing, and sustaining complex information-sharing networks.
• Experience implementing RMF, STIG, ATO, and DIACAP.
• Familiarity with DoW network infrastructure and defense communications standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall expert Task Leadership and Enterprise Management for the BICES program.
• Support enterprise capability implementation, deployment coordination, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop technical documentation and status reports for management and audit purposes.
• Plan and optimize the BICES program IT infrastructure for high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead contractor team activities and coordinate with PMO and field offices.
