Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking a construction Project Scheduler/Manager to supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate schedules for employees and subcontractors.

The role involves collaborating with Project Managers to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, and to create five-week lookahead plans. Responsibilities include communicating with owners, architects, and engineers on field issues, ensuring compliance with contract documents, and coordinating QC/SSHO activities.

Qualifications

• Three years of Department of Defense (DOD) construction experience.
• Ability to manage projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Must be able to obtain access to Federal Installations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day schedules and operations of employees and subcontractors.
• Assist in development, monitoring, updating the project schedule; create 5-week lookahead schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers on field issues; investigate and resolve them.
• Manage compliance with contract documents and coordination of QC/SSHO responsibilities.
• Communicate with management, subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite staff to ensure quality work.
