Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to develop baseline schedules for drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, and finishing activities.

You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently. The role requires strong scheduling knowledge, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and related construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3-7+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior systems preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules for drywall, framing, ceilings, and finishing activities.
• Create and maintain project timelines from preconstruction through closeout.
• Identify milestones, critical path activities, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate labor forecasting and manpower across multiple projects.
• Monitor subcontracts, suppliers, and material delivery schedules.
