Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking a construction program coordinator to oversee daily schedules and subcontractor operations on DoD projects in Fort Leavenworth, KS. You will work with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and communicate schedules and ensure compliance with contract documents.

The role requires coordinating multiple trades, resolving design and field issues, and maintaining safety and quality on site. HubZone area a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have three years of DoD construction experience.
• Ability to manage projects to completion, on time and within budget.
• Strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect and ensure seamless day-to-day schedules and operations.
• Assist PM in development, monitoring, updating and communicating the project schedule; 5-week lookahead creation.
• Oversee work among trades to promote coordinated schedule; resolve procedural issues.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues; investigate and resolve.
• Coordinate QC/SSHO responsibilities and ensure meetings are documented and paperwork submitted.
• Work with Safety Manager to ensure all rules and procedures are followed.
