Job summary

CSEngineering seeks a Project Programmer to support DoD facility investment planning, project development, and capital-programming activities. The ideal candidate will develop project requirements, cost estimates, and supporting documentation for sustainment, restoration, modernization, and construction projects.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements from customers and engineers, preparing DD Form 1391s, and developing parametric cost estimates using government tools while accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture; 5+ years in facility design/PM.
• DoD or government programming experience, with DD 1391s.
• Strong English communication (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility project-programming packages per DoD and installation rules.
• Gather and document project requirements from customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation including DD Form 1391s and cost estimates.
• Develop parametric cost estimates using government-approved tools.
• Support project review boards and infrastructure planning activities.
• Maintain accurate project records in government systems.
