Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Project Programmer to support the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. You will develop and manage programming packages for FSRM and MILCON, coordinate with users and engineers, and prepare required DoD documentation for reviews.

You will also produce cost estimates, maintain project data in NexGen IT and CPP, and support project approvals and milestone tracking.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture with 5+ years in facility design/PM or DoD programming.
• Experience in DoD DoW project programming and DD Forms 1391 development.
• Knowledge of DoD AF/USSF programming processes and AFCAMP/IPL guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programming packages for FSRM, MILCON, NAF, ERCIP, and other projects.
• Coordinate with facility users, engineers, and stakeholders to document requirements.
• Create project scopes, requirements, and documentation for approval processes.
• Prepare DD Forms 1391 and related programming documentation for reviews.
• Generate PACES-based cost estimates and bases of estimate.
• Enter project data in NexGen IT and CPP; support PAT submissions.
• Provide data and updates for project review meetings and timelines.
• Track AFCAMP timelines and IPL information; maintain project records.
