Job summary

CSEngineering is seeking a Civil Engineer to support planning, design, programming, construction, and sustainment of Department of Defense facilities and utility systems in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects from requirements through closeout.

Responsibilities include design, budgeting, scheduling, site surveys, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience supporting facility, infrastructure, utility, or real-property projects.
• Security Clearance: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust) required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and support execution of civil projects for DoD facilities and infrastructure.
• Prepare calculations, cost estimates, schedules, drawings, specs, and technical reports.
• Conduct site surveys, design reviews, constructability assessments, and evaluations.
• Review submittals, RFIs, design packages, and construction documentation.
• Support programming, budgeting, cost and schedule management, and facility assessments.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders to advance project objectives.
