Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior SME/FAE in facilities portfolio management to support the DoD WHS in acquiring and managing a vast portfolio of space and real property assets in the NCR. The role is based in the Alexandria, VA area and requires a DoD Secret clearance.

You will lead high-visibility program activities, provide expert guidance to staff, and develop optimization options with detailed analyses across HR, budgeting, logistics, and contract management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• 20 years total work experience with 10 years DoD experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD organizations and cross-agency collaboration.
• Experience in strategy formulation, DoD resource planning.
• Ability to analyze broad, complex factors for policy decisions.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the SPD client’s programs.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
• Provide creative portfolio management optimization recommendations supported by detailed analysis.
• Assist in analyzing and developing improvements for HR, budgeting, logistics, facilities management, security, and contracting.
• Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data.
