Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert/Functional Area Expert (SME/FAE) to support a government customer in the National Capital Region, Washington, D.C. The role is onsite at the Pentagon, Monday through Friday, focused on space management and senior-level DoD guidance.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of DoD/OSD/WHS or comparable federal experience.
• Ability to perform high-level analyses and present to senior decision-makers.
• Superior verbal and written communication for senior government audiences.
• Expert knowledge of DoD resource planning, strategy, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and develops project requirements from inception to conclusion for complex programs.
• Provides strategic advice and technical guidance to program teams.
• Performs detailed analyses and develops recommendations for system improvements.
• Coordinates with clients to define needs and lead studies to interpret data.
• Drafts executive-level decision documents based on enterprise-wide issues.
