Job summary

Redwood Strategy Group is seeking motivated ERP Help Desk Analysts to support DoD financial management and ERP users. Roles span Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior levels, requiring strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional DoD environment.

Candidates should have DoD financial management or ERP experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a commitment to excellence in customer service as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting financial management, ERP systems, help desk operations, or accounting functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I–III support for ERP Help Desk tickets related to financial and technical system issues.
• Research, analyze, and resolve issues involving contracts, invoices, obligations, payments, and accounting transactions.
• Support reconciliation activities and assist in resolving financial discrepancies and unmatched transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve system and financial issues.
• Assist with posting obligations, correcting accounting transactions, and supporting audit readiness initiatives.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation.
• Support and deliver user training for internal personnel and supported organizations.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and track resolution through completion.
• Maintain excellent customer service while supporting a high-volume help desk environment.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies.
