Hepburn and Sons LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support government program financial management. You will interface with SHIPS GEM leads and assist the Senior Financial Manager in all budgeting and reporting activities for GFE and CFE ships.

This contingent role requires DoD Secret clearance and extensive experience in DoD acquisition financial management. Expect responsibility across POM, cost estimates, ERP data, and budget submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7 years professional experience in financial management in DoD acquisition.
• DoD Secret level clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall budget submission and POM tracking for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) systems and ship platforms.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for POM and what-if drills using parametric, trend, analogy, and bottoms-up analyses.
• Provide ERP database management and programming support.
• Maintain a historical track of GFE estimates in ERP and Excel as approved in budget submissions.
• Assist in preparing the annual Budget Object Classification (BOC) data call for distribution to PARMs.
• Analyze PARM input for completeness and accuracy and prepare parametric and trend analysis reports.
