Job summary

Redwood Strategy Group in the National Capital Region is seeking Navy ERP financial systems and sustainment professionals at multiple levels to support a DoN initiative.

You will work on Navy ERP sustainment, data reconciliation, audit readiness, organizational realignment, reporting, dashboards, and training, with onsite/telework mix.

Candidates bring experience in financial management, data analytics, and project management, and will collaborate with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance, accounting, information systems, or analytics field.
• Experience with Navy ERP, financial management, and audit readiness is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Navy ERP ECC financial operations, sustainment, and audit readiness.
• Research abnormal balances, transaction errors, interface issues, and data discrepancies.
• Reconcile legacy data with Navy ERP data and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Navy ERP data and Advana/Jupiter.
• Prepare variance analyses, corrective actions, and leadership briefings.
• Collaborate with Navy financial managers, system owners, auditors, and contractor teams.
• Assist with organizational changes and master-data updates within Navy ERP.
