Job summary

Redwood Strategy Group (RSG) seeks a Technical Customer Support Specialist III – DAI Help Desk and Reporting SME to support a DoW financial management program. You will provide Tier 1 functional and technical support for DAI, focusing on P2P, Cost Accounting, and OTL, and serve as OBIEE/Advana expert for dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Oracle Financials in a federal environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to translate data

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing functional or technical support for DAI or a comparable Oracle Federal Financials environment.
• Working knowledge of DAI P2P, Cost Accounting, and OTL business processes.
• Experience troubleshooting customer issues and documenting them in a ticket-management system.
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis and coordinating resolution of escalated issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical processes to diverse users.

Responsibilities

• DAI Help Desk Support: Provide Tier 1 support for DAI-related issues; troubleshoot P2P, Cost Accounting, and OTL; manage tickets and communicate status to customers.
• Procure-to-Pay Support: Apply knowledge of Oracle R12 Contract Lifecycle Management, Purchasing, and iProcurement; assist users with financial transactions.
• OBIEE Reporting and Advana: Design and maintain dashboards/reports; analyze data to identify trends; develop recurring reports for leadership.
• ICAM and DAI Account Support: Assist with account requests and documenation; coordinate provisioning with security teams.
