Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking an ERP Analyst I to work in the Texarkana, TX area, focusing on end-user support, Windows 11 administration, and enterprise app troubleshooting in a secure DoD environment.

US citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance are required. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 help desk, AD management, server administration, and ensuring STIG compliance, with on-site and remote support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Basic understanding of enterprise applications and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 help desk support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations, including installation, configuration, updates, and patching.
• Assist users with account management, permissions, and access issues (Active Directory).
• Troubleshoot and support enterprise applications hosted on Windows servers and web environments (e.g., Apache Tomcat).
• Perform basic system administration tasks on Windows Server environments (2016/2019).
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Assist with software installations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Ensure systems meet STIG compliance requirements and security best practices.
