Job summary

RTX is seeking a Foreign Military Sales THAAD Training Instructor to work on site at Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX. The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret-level security clearance.

The candidate will develop and deliver training content, assess data impacts, and collaborate with DoD and international partners to ensure readiness. The role involves handling technical documentation and delivering engaging CBT/ILT training, with potential 50 lb lifting.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Experience in training instruction in a military and/or civilian environment.
• Experience with the AN/TPY-2 system and/or similar missile defense system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain training content and materials.
• Assess engineering data for impacts on content.
• Interpret technical documentation, schematics, and systems information.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design effective learning solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led training to stakeholders.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training activities and materials.
• Interface with DoD customers and international partners to optimize products and ensure readiness.
