Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Foreign Military Sales THAAD Training Instructor to work on-site at Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX. You will train and guide THAAD Radar system concepts, operator and maintainer fundamentals, and crew-level knowledge for KSA.

Role involves classroom instruction and practical training, with emphasis on safety, readiness, and DoD compliance. Requirements include a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in training; advanced degree with 3+ years acceptable.
• Experience delivering training in military or civilian environments.
• Experience with the AN/TPY-2 system or similar missile defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain training content and materials.
• Assess engineering data affecting training content.
• Interpret technical documentation and build effective learning solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training to stakeholders.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and materials.
• Interface with DoD customers and international partners to optimize products and ensure readiness and contractual compliance.
