Job summary

Raytheon’s SETS program at the Woburn, MA site seeks a Strategic Extended Threat Shield (SETS) Training Lead to guide development, conduct end-user training, and manage resources for sustainment of training content. You will collaborate with engineers, program management, and field services to align training with customer needs.

Required: university degree or equivalent with 8+ years or 5+ years with advanced degree; experience training in military/civilian settings; travel ~30%.

• Experience training in military and/or civilian environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality training materials meeting user needs and standards.
• Lead training development and conduct for the SETS program.
• Manage travel and scheduling for training activities and end-user sessions.
• Provide input on program highlights, staffing, risks, and opportunities.
• Apply RLPM processes to establish metrics and ensure execution excellence.
• Deliver end-user training and support for the SETS customer.
