Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• 1–3 years of government or commercial contract administration or grant writing experience.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR and contracting practices.

Responsibilities

• Support FAR, DFARS, ITAR and company policy compliance efforts.
• Review, interpret and provide guidance on contract documents, modifications and task orders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required actions and reporting.
• Assist with contract close-out activities, audits, and record retention.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to protect the company and ensure compliance.
• Maintain contract files and related correspondence and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Program Management and Accounting on contractual obligations and compliance.
• Support with proposals and capturing customer requirements.
