Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple departments.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review U.S. Navy/DoD contracts, POs, drawings, specs, and technical docs to flow down requirements.
• Create and maintain ERP data: parts, BOMs, work orders, outside processing, and project records.
• Coordinate contract flow-down across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare and submit certification packages and documentation throughout projects.
• Review engineering docs, solid models, test plans, and material certifications for compliance.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing docs from Customer info.
