Job summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies, LLC (GC2IT) seeks a Contract Specialist to support a major DoD program and GC2IT's contracts. You will manage contract lifecycle, documentation, and compliance, including FAR/DFARS, cybersecurity, and export-control requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of federal contract administration, experience drafting subcontracts, and the ability to communicate complex requirements to technical and business teams. Hybrid work options available in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five or more years of federal contract and subcontract administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and subcontract flow down requirements.
• Experience drafting and administering subcontracts and related documents.
• Experience maintaining contract files, deliverables, and records.

Responsibilities

• Administer government and commercial contracts and subcontracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Draft, issue, and maintain subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and modifications.
• Apply FAR/DFARS, cybersecurity, export-control requirements and flow-downs to contracts.
• Review solicitations and contracts for requirements, risks, obligations, and deliverables.
• Monitor funding, performance, deliverables, invoicing, and compliance.
• Coordinate actions with customers, subcontractors, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Support contract closeout, records disposition, and releases of claims.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, contract management, acquisition, legal studies
