Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts seeks a senior program management professional to lead, integrate, and govern large-scale defense programs at TEWKSBURY. You will develop, implement, and maintain program management plans, drive risk and opportunity management, and supervise performance assessments with CAMs and CPTs.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a university degree, and the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance. Onsite in TEWKSBURY, MA.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years in program management.
• Experience preparing proposals and gate packages.
• Experience with program management tools and EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management.
• Supply chain or Logistics management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies
• Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success
• Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads and CPTs on corrective actions
• Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
• Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items
• Oversight of Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for PMO efforts
• Ensure timely and effective RLPM gate process compliance
• Provide guidance to program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity management
• Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
• Manages the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
• Support contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, and contract definitization, and start-up efforts.
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
