Job summary

DCS Corp in Port Hueneme, California, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex DoD research, development, engineering, and integration efforts supporting NAVFAC EXWC mission areas. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage PMPs/MSRs, and oversee knowledge transfer and asset management in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical field (master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of program management experience within DoD or NAVFAC EXWC-related environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience leading large-scale RDT&E initiatives (e.g., unmanned systems, C5ISR, cyber, facility engineering).
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, technical data packages, and contract deliverables.
• Working knowledge of C5ISR, ES&C, modeling & simulation, cybersecurity, and unmanned systems.
• Understanding of DoD standards, MIL-STD, DFARS, and acquisition regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with transition planning and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Program Management.
• Develop and manage PMPs and MSRs.
• Lead annual STI gap analyses and provide final reports.
• Ensure each project stays aligned with Task Order scope and priorities.
• Oversee transition-in and transition-out activities, including knowledge transfer and asset management.
