Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in the US- MA Woburn area seeks a Digital Program Lead to own the DT roadmap and drive transformation across GSMS/SSBU. Onsite role five days a week with potential relocation consideration.

Requires a Secret clearance and a strong background in IT, software engineering, and program management. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, KPI management, and collaboration with engineering and proposal teams to support secure, compliant, and cost-effective program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 5+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret security clearance required; U.S. citizenship.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, and/or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership and program teams; act as strategic partner.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on opportunities, cost, and schedule performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis for DT program challenges.
• Manage KPIs, EVMS, and staffing; provide regular status reports and reviews.
• Partner with engineering and proposals to capture requirements and enable execution.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan and ensure security/compliance (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
• Direct DT resources and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.
