New Directions Technologies, Inc. (NDTI) seeks a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our NSWC PHD support team in Seal Beach, CA. The ISPOC acts as the primary contact for end-user IT support, ensuring access to equipment, apps, and IT resources to complete missions.

This role provides hands-on and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and software, along with setup, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• DoD security clearance must be obtainable and maintained.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 3 years of professional experience in systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and respond to requests with professional, courteous service.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues; coordinate with specialized teams as needed.
• Image/configure computers, install software, validate functionality, and support Windows and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Assist with user accounts, access, password resets, MFA, and CAC-related issues per procedures.
• Track, inventory, and manage government-furnished IT equipment during onboarding, relocations, and lifecycle updates.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system with timely updates.
