New Directions Technologies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist (ISPOC) to join our team supporting NSWC PHD.

The ISPOC serves as a primary point of contact for end-user technology support, ensuring government personnel have reliable access to the equipment, applications, and IT resources needed to accomplish their mission. This role provides hands-on and remote support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
DoD security clearance ability required or obtainable.
3 years of experience in systems administration.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT support contact for end users, maintaining ownership of requests through resolution or escalation.
Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues and coordinate with specialized teams as needed.
Image and configure computers, install approved software, and support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
Document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system and provide timely updates.
