Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) in Newport News, VA is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to maintain secure and available systems for DoD environments. You will deliver Tier 1–3 technical assistance, guidance on hardware and software, and incident resolution following DoD cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• DoD 8570 Level II/III certification required or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of prior experience in a similar IT role.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 level technical support to the AvMC Enterprise.
• Ensure all support requests are captured in the ASC service management system.
• Provide guidance to diagnose, categorize, and troubleshoot routine technical issues.
• Assist with account provisioning and device setup per DISA DMUC policies.
