Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security or higher certification.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and lift 25 lbs vertically.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct desk-side support to the customer, troubleshooting IT devices.
• Manage the resolution of customer tickets according to established Service Level Requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve local and networked Multi-Function Devices.
• Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues.
