Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Service Program Analyst to support DoD budgeting and resource planning. You will analyze historical PPBE data, leverage PBIS/DAI systems, and craft defensible deliverables for senior leaders across the DoD.

The role requires DoD experience and a Secret clearance, with opportunities to lead meetings and influence program decisions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the DoD.
• Experience supporting PPBE and the budget cycle.
• Experience with PBIS and DAI budget systems.
• MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of the POM process.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics and future year resource planning support.
• Apply understanding of POM processes to planning, programming, and budgeting.
• Leverage DoD financial systems to analyze historical data.
• Develop robust deliverables such as briefings and reports for senior leaders.
• Organize meetings, capture minutes, and drive action item completion.
