Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Service Program Analyst to provide data analytics and budgeting support for a Military Service Headquarters. You will analyze POM submissions, budget data, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver defensible briefs for senior leaders and program managers.

The role requires DoD experience, PPBE cycle knowledge, and strong MS Office skills; a Secret clearance is required. The work model can be hybrid with some in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DoD experience
• Experience supporting the DoD’s PPBE cycle
• Experience with PBIS and DAI
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Knowledge of the POM process
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics and budget planning support to a Military Service Headquarters organization.
• Analyze historical POM submissions and budget execution data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to interpret financial and operational data.
• Develop briefings and reports for senior leaders and program managers.
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and drive action items to closure.
