Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with the DoD.
• Experience supporting the DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) financial resource cycle.
• Experience with DoD budget systems, such as the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Ability to be a self-starter and manage competing priorities in a critical, fast-paced environment.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget management and analytics support to a Military Service Headquarters organization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and program managers to consolidate requirements, create phasing plans, monitor execution, review KPIs, and remediate accounting abnormalities.
• Serve as program financial manager for Reserve Activation and Integration enterprise program, coordinating with stakeholders across time zones and hierarchies.
• Develop briefings and reports for senior executives and program managers across the DoD and Military Service Headquarters.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, conference calls, and oversee completion of action items.
