Job summary

Prominent Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Budget Analyst to support a government customer at Fort Meade, MD, on-site for a 12-month assignment. The role requires hands-on DoD budget execution, MIPR preparation/submission, and advanced Excel use with PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Bachelor's degree in a financial/business discipline or 7 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with DoD budget execution and funding processes (MIPRs, IGCEs, ROMs, LEs).
Advanced Excel skills, PivotTables and VLOOKUP; strong Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform full lifecycle funds execution and funding document preparation in DAI.
Prepare and submit MIPRs and complete MIPR acknowledgments.
Monitor obligations and expenditures; produce SOF status reports via Excel/Power BI.
Prepare and review IGCEs, ROMs, LEs, 7600A/B, and budget documents.
Support DoD budget formulation and execution across multiple appropriations.
