Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years in DoW Financial Management roles, focusing on General Funds and DWCF.
• Experience with DoW regulations and procedures is highly desirable.
• Certification such as DoW FM Level I or CDFM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day finance office support for appropriated and DWCF programs.
• Prepare and process funding packages and reconcile checkbooks.
• Update spend plans and monitor burn rates and unliquidated obligations.
• Produce status-of-funds reports and senior leadership briefings.
• Maintain financial data and reports in DISA systems (e.g., FAMIS, Financial Dashboard).
