Job summary

Prominent Global Solutions seeks a skilled budget analyst to manage the full life cycle of funding execution at Fort Meade, MD. You will prepare funding documents, acknowledge MIPRs, ensure timely obligations, and reconcile ULOs across O&M, PROC and RDT&E programs.

You will utilize DAI and DTS to generate consolidated reports and briefings, including SOF and portfolio reviews, while supporting RFIs and resource justification. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in a financial or business discipline) plus 3 years of relative experience; 7 years can substitute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and PivotTables) and PowerPoint; Power BI preferred.
• Experience with DAI, DTS for funding execution; G-Invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle funds execution including funding document prep and obligation with Unliquidated Obligations and reconciliation.
• Support budget requirements for Civilian Pay, O&M, PROC and RDT&E funds.
• Produce reports and briefings using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for SOF and portfolio reviews.
