Job summary
Concept Plus, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for Oracle eBusiness applications hosted on OCI platforms. You will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production across on-site and remote teams, ensuring adherence to Agile Scrum and DevSecOps practices with Government stakeholders.
You will partner with Government Product Owners, remove impediments, maintain the product backlog, run all ceremonies, and ensure transparency through strategic
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required and DoD/Federal IT experience preferred.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and IAT-II or higher certification required.
- CSM certification and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience on DoD/Federal IT programs.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams using Agile Scrum and DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain team backlog with Government Product Owners.
- Coordinate multiple integrated teams (on-site and remote) and remove blockers.
- Track velocity, sprint metrics, and provide transparent status updates.
- Ensure delivery alignment with DoD cybersecurity and governance requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement and effective cross-team collaboration.
