Job summary

Concept Plus LLC seeks an experienced DevSecOps Lead to drive secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC across OCI-based Oracle eBusiness services. You will embed security, quality, and automation from development to operations in a DoD/Federal context, requiring a Secret clearance and IAT‑II certification.

The role emphasizes leadership, toolchain onboarding, and collaboration with Cybersecurity to meet RMF/ATO requirements, while advancing automated testing and patching workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery experience.
• Proficiency with YAML for configuration, pipeline, and IaC definition.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automated provisioning.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and branching strategies.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Terraform IaC experience including state management and automated compliance.
• Kubernetes experience including cluster administration and security.
• Experience integrating SAST/DAST and security scanning into pipelines.
• Experience building automated test frameworks for web services and APIs.
• Familiarity with DoD RMF, ATO processes, and embedding security into pipelines.
• Active DoD Secret clearance to start; DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for OCI-based services.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Ansible, YAML, and Terraform for provisioning and compliance.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes/OKE; manage secrets and runtime security.
• Integrate security scanning tools into pipelines to enforce secure development practices.
• Establish automated test frameworks including unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Enforce code quality, branching strategies, and Git governance across teams.
• Embed DoD RMF controls and security checks to support ATO readiness.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Lead to ensure compliance and security thresholds.
• Lead DevSecOps tooling onboarding and standards adoption.
• Monitor pipeline performance and report results to stakeholders.
• Support OCI platform architecture alignment and automation efforts.
• Develop automated patching and remediation workflows for sustainment.
• Contribute to AI/ML pipelines within OCI environment.
• Assist transition-in activities and migrate tooling with minimal disruption.
