Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess DoD secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years Agile team facilitation.
• Experience supporting enterprise DevSecOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint execution and ensure alignment with team capacity and priorities.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum, dependency coordination, and blocker removal.
• Coordinate ART synchronization and release governance activities.
• Monitor sprint predictability, workload balance, and emergent operational deficiencies.
