Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Irving, TX is seeking a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead to drive Agile delivery for Oracle Cloud CPQ programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, quality releases.

You will partner with product owners, manage backlogs, track velocity, and facilitate ceremonies while aligning with Lead-to-Quote and Q2C processes. Strong governance, reporting, and risk mitigation are essential.

Qualifications

• Certifications in Scrum/Agile are preferred.
• Experience leading Agile delivery and cross-functional teams across Oracle Cloud CPQ programs.
• Proficient with Jira or Azure DevOps and Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive adherence to Agile principles and delivery discipline.
• Coach teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage backlog with Product Owners and ensure user stories are clearly defined.
