Job summary
Concept Plus in the United States seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead an Oracle eBusiness/OCI hosted common services program. You will oversee 80+ FTEs across engineering, DevSecOps, cloud operations, cybersecurity, data management and AI/ML to deliver integrated solutions.
You will own the Program Management Plan and IMS, govern contract delivery, manage risks, and ensure RMF/ATO compliance while guiding stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
- 10+ years IT program management experience.
- 5+ years managing large DoD IT programs in prime contractor role.
- PMI PMP certification required.
- Experience with cloud hosting and ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with DoD RMF and ATO processes.
- Active Secret clearance at hire; TS may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance, delivery, and performance across contract areas.
- Interface with key stakeholders and maintain PMP/IMS.
- Manage 80+ FTEs and ensure staffing and compliance.
- Oversee risk registers, deliverables, and reporting.
- Ensure 24/7 operations and incident response.
