Job summary

VOLTO Consulting seeks an experienced Scrum Master for our Irving, TX engagement. Hybrid/Onsite with local preference, you will lead Agile ceremonies and drive Oracle CPQ implementation initiatives across cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and QA, removing impediments and guiding continuous improvement. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with at least 3 years as Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience leading Oracle CPQ implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ architecture, workflows, configuration, pricing, quoting, and integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive successful delivery of Oracle CPQ implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Remove impediments and facilitate resolution of project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed and continuously improve team performance.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectations.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Provide project status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps (ADO).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical understanding of enterprise application integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP, CRM, or related Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial domain environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and release management processes.
