Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Contracts Manager III to provide senior-level acquisition planning and contract execution support for CPE IEW&S programs. You will review critical documents, monitor milestones with the Army Contracting Command, and coordinate with PMs, PdMs, and ACC throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include preparing contract metrics, leading contract training, conducting risk analyses, and implementing efficient contract actions in line with DoD 5000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business required.
• 10+ years of contracting experience required.
• DAU Contracting Level II certification or industry equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and guide on critical acquisition documents (PWS, QASPs, SCAs, Acquisition Plans, and Contract Strategies) for PMs and PdMs.
• Prepare and analyze contract metrics; monitor milestones with ACC; report Acquisition Lead Times and potential award slips.
• Manage completion of ETMS 2 taskers.
• Serve as liaison between PMs and ACC; participate in milestone and programmatic reviews.
• Provide technical writing expertise during the IPT process.
