Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Acquisition Specialist at APG, MD to provide acquisition management support under DoD 5000-series policies and to assist in developing and maintaining acquisition milestones and documentation.

The role requires a detail‑oriented communicator with extensive DoD program experience, and includes responsibility for scheduling, risk analysis, cost data, and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of DoD 5000-series acquisition policies and processes, including acquisition strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management support in accordance with DoD 5000-series regulations and policies.
• Develop, draft, coordinate, review, and update program documentation for acquisition milestones and decision events.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, and requirements development.
