DocuSign Platform Architect (Remote) – 6+ Month Contract

Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a highly experienced DocuSign Consultant to own administration, configuration, and day-to-day support of the DocuSign platform across global business functions.

You will design workflows, templates, and routing rules, build custom integrations using DocuSign SDKs/REST APIs with Malbek, Salesforce, and Workday, and drive continuous improvement. This remote 6+ month contract is urgent and may extend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience including enterprise application support.
• Hands-on DocuSign administration with workflow/template design and SSO integration.
• Experience building custom API integrations using DocuSign SDKs or REST APIs with Malbek, Salesforce and Workday.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management practices (incident, problem, release management).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (RPA, Power Automate, Python) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration, and support of the DocuSign platform including templates and workflows.
• Configure and support integrations with Malbek, Salesforce, Workday, and other signature-driven systems.
• Build custom API integrations using DocuSign SDKs/REST APIs for automated routing and signatures.
• Design routing rules, bulk send settings, and SSO/authentication integration.
• Configure audit trails and reporting for compliance requirements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and platform enhancements for global functions.
• Lead lifecycle management, roadmap input, risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.
