Job summary

MidFirst Bank's Midland Mortgage division is seeking an on-site Servicing Associate for Documentation Curing (HMDA/GNMA). You will locate and review imaged loan documents to extract data for federal compliance reporting and GNMA pool securitizations, while addressing title defects identified in audits and preparing MERS test results.

Qualifications include typing speed (40–50 WPM), strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Typing/Data entry at 40–50 WPM.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
• Preference given to mortgage servicing/real estate background.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Locate and review imaged loan servicing documents for federal compliance reporting and GNMA pool securitizations.
• Resolve title policy defects identified via custodial audits and document test results for MERS processing.
