Job summary

Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is seeking a Mortgage Customer Service Support Associate to update customer accounts and handle requests related to name changes, assumptions, and document copies.

Standard hours are 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, on-site in a business-casual environment with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k). Prior mortgage servicing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing experience
• Stable work history
• Experience performing detailed and quality-focused work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Adobe
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong time management to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of 40–50 WPM

Responsibilities

• Update customer accounts and complete requests related to name changes, assumptions and document copies
• Process document copies and mortgage servicing tasks
• Collaborate with team to achieve department goals
