Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Documentation Specialist to shape how knowledge is created, structured, and shared for AMP. You will translate complex product and AI concepts into clear, reliable docs for internal teams, customers, and partners.

You will own and scale documentation standards, templates, and release notes, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal to capture knowledge and support fast, frequent releases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning documentation in a scaling SaaS/AI/product company.
• Strong background in technical and customer-facing documentation.
• Experience building and scaling documentation standards, templates, and processes.
• Confidence translating AI concepts into clear guidance for non-expert audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional teams with Instructional Designers, Trainers and others.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Creation & Maintenance: Create and maintain clear, accurate docs, SOPs, knowledge bases, and release notes.
• Information Architecture: Structure information for easy findability and reuse.
• Standards & Quality: Own templates, style guides, and compliance.
• Docs as Code Workflow: Collaborate on docs-as-code workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Legal to capture knowledge.
• Release Velocity: Keep docs current with frequent product releases.
