Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive global adoption of Parloa AMP and own positioning, launches, and sales enablement. You will translate the product roadmap into a compelling narrative and equip sales with the materials needed to win in a competitive AI agent market.

You will lead thought leadership, create content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to differentiate Parloa in the enterprise AI space, shaping category narratives at a moment of market formation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Marketing or 8+ years in adjacent roles.
• Experience at an AI company or marketing AI products.
• Excellent writer with samples to prove it.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales with storytelling and collateral.
• Confident presenter for webinars and company events.
• Ambidextrous across strategy and execution; able to craft narratives and sales decks.
• Experience using AI tools to boost creativity and productivity.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Nice-to-have: business-fluent German.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market strategy: Define positioning and messaging and drive cross-functional launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX.
• Product and Roadmap Alignment: Align roadmap with the company narrative and GTM plan, and keep prospects, partners, and customers informed at every step.
• Sales Enablement: Sharpen how Sales positions the platform with use cases, collateral, training, and competitive differentiators.
• Market Awareness and Thought Leadership: Source content ideas, shape outlines, create content, and speak on webinars with our Content team and executives.
• Competitive Differentiation: Build deep market and competitive insights into positioning that differentiates Parloa.
