Job summary

Optro is seeking a Technical Writer to own and evolve customer- and developer-facing content. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to deliver accurate documentation at a reliable cadence and shape AI-assisted content workflows for drafting, collection, and publication.

You will drive consistency, quality, and scalable processes across knowledge bases and CMS tools, while aligning with our governance, risk, and compliance domain knowledge and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical writer or technical support with writing duties.
• Experience in B2B SaaS documentation preferred.
• Strong writing/editing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish product content on a reliable cadence.
• Own AI-assisted content workflows and ensure accuracy, tone, and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support to reflect new features.
• Develop and maintain style guides, templates, and collaboration workflows.
