Optro is seeking a Technical Writer to ensure customer- and developer-facing content is clear, accurate, and publish-ready. You will partner with Product, Engineering & Design (PED) to produce high-quality docs, using AI tooling to scale collection, drafting, and publication.

You’ll own content processes, build repeatable workflows, and collaborate across teams to reflect new features while maintaining tone and accuracy. Remote US-based role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical writer or similar writing role in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building repeatable processes and scalable workflows.
• Familiarity with documentation systems, style guides, and content standards.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Base & CMS tools and content governance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own content production: draft, edit, and publish accurate product content on a reliable cadence.
• Evolve AI-assisted workflows for collecting material and drafting content for publication.
• Maintain structured, navigable content so users can find information quickly.
• Improve content structure and terminology to reduce friction for users.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and support to reflect new features.
