Job summary

Responsibilities

Clinical Supply Documentation Specialist

Candidate must be local and able to come 1-3 times a week.

Review, organize, and classify electronic documents and records within the SharePoint environment according to established file management standards. Identify and resolve misfiled, duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records within SharePoint. Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand document classification requirements and ensure proper record placement. Provide recommendations for improving SharePoint document organization, usability, and search functionality. Monitor and report on project progress, including file inventory, classification status, and completion metrics.

Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical background, SOP and GMP knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Highly proficient in recognizing needs, prioritizing work, multi-tasking and working in fast‑paced environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • SharePoint experience uploading and managing files.
  • Team player, positive and can‑do attitude; willing to solve problems and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to learn and adapt to situations.
